Your wellbeing is our priority

We’re open and here for you

Westfield Living Centres are open and trading.

We recommend visiting your local centre website for the most up-to-date retailer and centre information, including opening hours.

When it comes to the health and wellbeing of our customers, retail partners and our people, we follow the advice of the New Zealand health authorities and expect our customers and retail partners to do the same when they visit us. This is a shared responsibility within the community.

To help customers keep track of where they’ve been, we’re displaying New Zealand Government COVID Tracer QR code posters at all centre entrances. For more information on this, please visit: https://covid19.govt.nz/health-and-wellbeing/protect-yourself-and-others/keep-track-of-where-youve-been/#how-to-keep-track-of-your-movements.

Information on New Zealand centres

All Westfield centres outside of Auckland, including Westfield Riccarton, are open and trading under Alert Level 2. The New Zealand Government strongly encourages all individuals to wear a face covering where physical distancing in not possible, unless an exception applies.

In line with New Zealand Government restrictions, we also encourage customers to follow the one person per 2 square metre rule while in-centre .

We expect our employees, contractors, retail partners and customers to follow the advice of health authorities at all times, including the requirement to wear a face covering in situations where physical distancing is not possible when working or visiting our New Zealand centres.

To encourage customers to follow the advice of health authorities, we are making PA announcements, have signage displayed throughout the centre, and our centre and security personnel are on hand to assist customers with current restrictions.

We recommend visiting your local centre website for the most up-to-date information and opening hours, as these will vary.

Cleaning and hygiene

We apply the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene across our Westfield centres. We have increased the routine cleaning of frequently touched hard surfaces, including in car parks. We expect our retail partners to apply the same principles within their tenancies.

We remind all customers to practise regular hand washing, use hand sanitiser and cover sneezes or coughs with your arm, not your hands. Single-use hand sanitiser is available at the customer services desks and other locations around our centres.

Parking

Westfield car parks are open. For updates on parking, please visit your local centre website.
